At Majestic Mists, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping methods, timelines, costs, and related details to ensure a seamless experience.

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities and regions within Pakistan.
  • Select international destinations (please contact us at support@majesticmists.com for more information).

SECTION 2 – PROCESSING TIMES

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Holidays & Peak Seasons: Processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

  1. Standard Shipping (Within Pakistan):

    • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days.
    • Cost: Flat rate of PKR 200 (Free for orders over PKR 3,000).
  2. International Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 7–15 business days, depending on location.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

SECTION 4 – ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

SECTION 5 – UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).

SECTION 6 – DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@majesticmists.com with pictures of the damaged items.
  • We will assist you in resolving the issue, including replacement or refund options.

SECTION 7 – CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES (FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

  • For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Majestic Mists is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

SECTION 8 – CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

  • Changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us.
  • Once the order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
