After a good shower, apply our perfume on your pulse points. These pulse points are:

• Temples [area behind ears]
• Neck
• Chest
• Inner Elbow
• Wrists
• Back of the knees
• Ankles.

Precaution : Once you have applied it to your pulse points, don’t rub; otherwise, it will dull the notes and change the overall fragrance.

Perfume should always be kept in a cold dark place as sunshine can cause some chemical reactions in it, making the perfume smell different, silage and projection may also seem different too.

Yes, we do provide the option for cash on delivery. However, for orders amounting to more than 15,000 rupees, we require an advance payment of half the order amount. This is to ensure a smooth delivery process and a successful order for both parties involved.

It is not possible to create perfumes without using alcohol, our spray has alcohol in it.

Lasting varies for every perfume. The lasting duration of any fragrance depends on the application area, season, and quantity applied. Lasting of each perfume is written in the performance section of each perfume. Basically we give lasting time upto 8 hours in summer while in winter it may be upto 10 hours.

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be used more than 10% of the total quantity or damaged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
