Refund And Return Policy
At Majestic Mists, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Note: Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
SECTION 2 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used more that 10% of the total perfume.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or customized products.
SECTION 3 – PROCESS FOR RETURNS
- Initiating a Return:
- Email us at support@majesticmists.com or call +92 312 5458235 with your order details and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization:
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Item:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
SECTION 4 – REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
SECTION 5 – EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Shipping Fee will be paid by the customer.
SECTION 6 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email support@majesticmists.com with clear photos of the damaged or defective product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
SECTION 7 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe:
